    Georgia Pacific/Color Box Purchases New Woodward Jogger Aerator

    The Georgia Pacific/Color Box plant in Richmond, Indiana has purchased a new Woodward Jogger Aerator model P5468. The new unit replaces a 1989 model of similar size, one of two Woodward machines in their plant. The new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 54” x 68”, and load weights up to 6,000 pounds. All Woodward jogger aerators jog, aerate, and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip-sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated. Georgia Pacific saved money by trading in their old Woodward Jogger Aerator. Woodward technicians will completely disassemble this machine, then inspect and repair or replace all damaged and worn parts. The machine will be reassembled, painted, tested, and sold to another customer. It will carry a six-month warranty on parts.



    Hasbro Ireland Opts for Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Hasbro’s plant in Waterford, Ireland has purchased a new Woodward Jogger Aerator model FL4658. This is the second Woodward Jogger Aerator purchased by Hasbro. The first unit went to Hasbro Games in East Long Meadow, Massachusetts in 2000. The U.S. plant’s recommendation of Woodward equipment made Ireland’s choice an easy one. The new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 46” x 58”, and load weights up to 4,000 pounds. It operates without a pit.



    Watchtower Opts for S-Series Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Watchtower Bible & Tract Society in Wallkill, NY has purchased an S-Series Jogger Aerator model 104LVA. This high-quality unit is manufactured in Denmark and distributed exclusively in North America by Woodward Jogger Aerators, Inc. The S-Series jogger aerator is a compact unit that turns, jogs and aerates loads up to 31” x 47”. Load capacity is 2,200 pounds, with a maximum height of 51”. This unit is easy to use and maintain, making it the perfect fit for small to medium-sized operations. The S-Series requires no installation, and is up and running in just minutes.



    R.R. Donnelley Purchases Second Fully Automatic Woodward Pile Turner

    R. R. Donnelley & Sons in Lancaster, PA has purchased a second fully automatic Woodward Pile Turner, model 4248LT. The first unit was installed last November. Like the first machine, this unit turns loads 180 degrees automatically. It also clamps a skid in position, lifting and holding it in place above the load. After turning, this skid is used under the next load. Utilizing this technique, the operator never needs to handle a skid. The new machine also includes a movable side wall for holding loose lifts in place while turning. R.R. Donnelley’s new pile turner has a 42” x 48” capacity. The operator simply pushes one button, and in less than two minutes the load is turned and ready to go. The operator can then perform other duties as the machine operates independently.

    Lou Cannizzaro, who has been selling Woodward Jogger Aerators for over 25 years, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales. He advances from his position as Vice President of Sales, and oversees an ever-expanding team. Lou is well known and respected in the industry. His phone expertise, combined with personal sales calls to hundreds of plants throughout North America, have been invaluable to Woodward’s growth. His tireless, friendly and informative presence at trade shows is second to none.

    Woodward Jogger Aerators, Inc. Adds to Sales Force Responding to increased demands, Woodward Jogger Aerators, Inc. has added a salesperson to its team. Joining the East Rutherford, NJ company is Kevin Cheuvront, who assists with both new and established accounts worldwide. He reports to John Scillieri, Woodward’s Vice President of Sales.



    Woodward Jogger Aerators, Inc. Promotes John Scillieri to Vice President of Sales

    John Scillieri, who joined Woodward Jogger Aerators in 2003, is the company’s new Vice President of Sales. He advances from his position as Sales Manager. Mr. Scillieri started at Woodward with several years of sales experience under his belt. Initially he split his time between jogger aerator sales and production work. This combined experience increased his knowledge of our industry and sharpened his overall skills rapidly. As a result, Mr. Scillieri has become a major contributor to Woodward’s sales, marketing, and customer service efforts. He was promoted to Sales Manager last year.



    Taiwanese Company Orders Two Woodward Jogger Aerators

    Kuan Yuan Paper Company in Taiwan has ordered two Woodward Jogger Aerators, one new and one rebuilt. Both machines are model P5468. Woodward invented jogger aerators over 55 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Jogger Aerator improves quality, eliminates back injuries, and lowers production costs. This versatile machine cleans, aerates, and aligns loads of paper, paperboard or corrugated sheets to a perfect side guide and gripper edge. Loads can be rotated 180 degrees and placed down in the same spot, thus saving valuable floor space. One operator can accomplish all of this in just a few minutes. The Woodward Jogger Aerator can be used off-line, or equipped with rollers for in-line operation. Kuan Yuan’s rebuilt machine handles the same size and capacity loads as its new one. It was completely disassembled and cleaned by Woodward technicians, who then inspected and repaired or replaced all damaged and worn parts. The machine was reassembled, painted and tested.



    Carded Graphics Installs Second Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Carded Graphics, a folding carton company in Staunton, VA, has installed a new Woodward Jogger Aerator model FL4658. This is the company’s second Woodward Jogger Aerator. The first unit is a 2004 model of similar capability. The new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 46” x 58”, and load weights up to 4,000 pounds. It operates without a pit. All Woodward jogger aerators jog, aerate, and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip-sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated

    Pack Rite has purchased a rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator model P5468 for its High Point, North Carolina facility. The Pack Rite plant prints on laminated corrugated. Woodward invented jogger aerators over 55 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Jogger Aerator improves quality, eliminates back injuries, and lowers production costs.
