Altivity Packaging (Arko) Purchases Rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator
Altivity Packaging, formerly Arko Paper Products in Piscataway, NJ, has installed a rebuilt model S-600 Woodward Jogger Aerator. Altivity personnel attended a demonstration of the machine at Woodward’s plant prior to the purchase. The machine is now jogging and aerating their 45” x 60” loads. Woodward invented jogger aerators over 50 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Jogger Aerator improves quality, eliminates back injuries, and lowers production costs. This versatile machine cleans, aerates, and aligns loads of paper, paperboard or corrugated sheets to a perfect side guide and gripper edge. Loads can be rotated 180 degrees and placed down in the same spot, thus saving valuable floor space. One operator can accomplish all of this in just a few minutes. Altivity’s rebuilt was completely disassembled and cleaned by Woodward technicians, who then inspected and repaired or replaced all damaged and worn parts. The machine was reassembled, painted and tested.
