    Stratus Group Chooses Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Stratus Group in West Chester, OH, has just installed a new Woodward Jogger Aerator model FL2840-H. Stratus Group is a premier printer of paperboard packaging, and works primarily with the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetics industries. All Woodward Jogger Aerators jog, align, aerate and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated. The model FL2840-H, which operates without a pit, handles sheet sizes up to 28” wide x 40” long x 55” high, and load weights up to 2,500 pounds.



    Flutes Purchases Sixth Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Flutes Indianapolis has purchased a rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator model WJA-7000. This is Flutes’ sixth Woodward machine, and fifth installed at this location. Flutes also has a Woodward Jogger Aerator at its Akron, Ohio plant. Woodward invented jogger aerators over 50 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Jogger Aerator improves quality, eliminates back injuries, and lowers production costs. This versatile machine cleans, aerates, and aligns loads of paper, paperboard or corrugated sheets to a perfect side guide and gripper edge. Loads can be rotated 180 degrees and placed down in the same spot, thus saving valuable floor space. One operator can accomplish all of this in just a few minutes. Flutes’ rebuilt machine was completely disassembled by Woodward technicians, who then inspected and repaired or replaced all damaged and worn parts. The machine was reassembled, painted and tested. It carries a six-month warranty on parts. Once delivered, Flutes will add rollers to this unit for in-line operation.



    Motivating Graphics Purchases Woodward Jogger Aerator

    The Motivating Graphics plant in Fort Worth, Texas has purchased a new Woodward Jogger Aerator model P5468. This machine replaces a competitor’s jogger that did not meet the company’s expectations, and compliments a 12-color press recently installed at the plant. Motivating Graphics’ new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 54” x 68”, and load weights up to 6,000 pounds. All Woodward jogger aerators jog, aerate, and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated.



    Resource One International Purchases Rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Resource One International, Little Chute, WI, has taken delivery of a factory-rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator, model P4658. Resource One chose Woodward after considering numerous jogger aerators on the market. All Woodward Jogger Aerators clean, aerate, and align loads of paper, paperboard or corrugated sheets to a perfect side guide and gripper edge. Loads can be rotated 180 degrees and placed down in the same spot, thus saving valuable floor space. They can be used off-line, or equipped with rollers for in-line operation. Rebuilt machines are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected at Woodward’s plant, where experienced technicians repair or replace all damaged and worn parts. The machines are reassembled, painted and tested. All rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerators carry a six-month warranty on parts and labor.



    E-Z-EM Canada Purchases Woodward Load Turner

    E-Z-EM Canada, Inc., a pharmaceutical packaging plant in Montreal, has taken delivery of a Woodward Load Turner model FL4840HLT. This unit turns loads 180 degrees in seconds with the push of a button. It has a 40” x 48” capacity, and handles weights up to 2,500 pounds. It is floor loading and simple to operate. Woodward invented load turners over 50 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Load Turner eliminates back injuries associated with heavy lifting, and lowers production costs.



    Altivity Packaging (Arko) Purchases Rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Altivity Packaging, formerly Arko Paper Products in Piscataway, NJ, has installed a rebuilt model S-600 Woodward Jogger Aerator. Altivity personnel attended a demonstration of the machine at Woodward’s plant prior to the purchase. The machine is now jogging and aerating their 45” x 60” loads.     Foremost Graphics Purchases S-Series Load Turner

    Foremost Graphics, Grand Rapids, MI, has taken delivery of an S-Series Load Turner. This is an economy-priced model that turns loads up to 31” x 47”. Load capacity is 2,200 pounds. This unit is easy to use and maintain, making it the perfect fit for small to medium-sized operations. The S-Series requires no installation, and is up and running in just minutes. It is also available with optional jogging and aerating capabilities.



    Lange Graphics Purchases Model FL2840-H Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Lange Graphics in Denver, Co, has installed a new model FL2840-H Woodward Jogger Aerator. Lange representatives saw demonstrations of competitor’s machines, and decided that the Woodward best suited their needs. Woodward invented jogger aerators and pile turners over 50 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Jogger Aerator improves quality, eliminates back injuries, and lowers production costs. All Woodward Jogger Aerators jog, align, aerate and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip sheets in just minutes. The model FL2840-H operates without a pit, jogs and aerates stock up to 28” x 40”, and is configured for ground level loading. Lange’s machine operates at 220 volts.



    A-Team Die Cutting Corp. Chooses Woodward Jogger Aerator

    All-Team Die Cutting in Brooklyn, NY, has purchased a Woodward Jogger Aerator model FL284-H. A-Team’s machine was featured in Woodward’s booth at Bobst Direction ‘06, and delivered after the show. Woodward Jogger Aerators jog, align, aerate and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated. The model FL2840-H, which operates without a pit, handles sheet sizes up to 28” wide x 40” long x 55” high.



    Calumet Carton Installs Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Calumet Carton in South Holland, Illinois has just installed a new Woodward Jogger Aerator, model P4658, replacing an older Woodward machine at their facility. The new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 46” x 58”, and load weights up to 5,000 pounds. Calumet saved money by trading in the 16-year-old Woodward jogger aerator they replaced. Woodward technicians will completely rebuild this machine, and offer it for sale it at a discounted price.
