    MM&T Purchases Woodward Jogger Aerator

    MM&T Packaging Company, Ontario, Canada, has taken delivery of a new Woodward Jogger Aerator, model FL2840. MM&T runs 28"x40" board, primarily blister card. The new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 28"x40", and load weights up to 2,000 pounds. It is equipped with a push button adjustable backstop and electric air volume adjustment, and is wired for 575 volt operation.



    Registermarks Letterpress Chooses Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Registermarks Letterpress, Dallas, TX, has purchased a Woodward Jogger Aerator model FL2840-L. Representatives from Registermarks saw a similar Woodward machine in operation at the Bobst plant in Roseland, NJ before making their decision. They will use their new jogger aerator in conjunction with equipment the purchased from Bobst. All Woodward Jogger Aerators jog, align, aerate and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated. The model FL2840-L, which operates without a pit, handles sheet sizes up to 28” wide x 40” long x 55” high.



    Specialty Finishing Purchases Woodward Jogger Aerator

    The Specialty Finishing plant in Omaha, NE has taken delivery of a new Woodward Jogger Aerator model P4658VA. The company chose Woodward after several members of its maintenance staff, who used Woodward equipment in their previous employment, recommended the jogger aerator to management. Specialty Finishing’s new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 46” x 58”, and load weights up to 5,000 pounds. All Woodward jogger aerators jog, aerate, and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand repiling is eliminated.



    Bert-Co Purchases Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Bert-Co has just taken delivery of a Woodward Jogger Aerator, Model 4658, for its new plant in Pulaski, Tennessee. Bert-Co has two established plants in Los Angeles, California. They specialize in package printing for a variety of consumer products, along with brochures, direct mail, catalogs, and point of purchase displays. Bert-Co's new jogger aerator handles sheet sizes up to 46" x 56", and is equipped with electronic air volume adjustment and a push button adjustable backstop.



    Corpap Installs Rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Corpap, Inc. has purchased a factory-rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator, Model S/500, for its new plant in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. This is Corpap's second Woodward machine. The first is installed at the company's original plant in Markham, Ontario. All Woodward Jogger Aerators clean, aerate, and align loads of paper, paperboard or corrugated sheets to a perfect side guide and gripper edge. Loads can be rotated 180 degrees and placed down in the same spot, thus saving valuable floor space. They can be used off-line, or equipped with rollers for in-line operation. Rebuilt machines are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected at Woodward's plant, where experienced technicians repair or replace all damaged and worn parts. The machines are reassembled, painted and tested. All rebuild Woodward Jogger Aerators carry a six-month warranty on parts.



    Flutes Installs Fifth Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Flutes, LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana has taken delivery of a rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator, model WJA-7000. This is Flutes' fifth Woodward machine, and fourth installed at this location. One of Flutes' older jogger aerators in Indianapolis will be shipped back to Woodward soon, completely overhauled, and returned to the company. Flutes also has a Woodward Jogger Aerator at its Akron, Ohio plant. Woodward invented jogger aerators over 50 years ago, and to this day is the industry leader in design, performance, durability and service. The Woodward Jogger Aerator improves quality, eliminates back injuries, and lowers production costs. Flutes' rebuilt machine was completely disassembled by Woodward technicians, who then inspected and repaired or replaced all damaged and worn parts. The machine was reassembled, painted and tested. All rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerators carry a six-month warranty on parts.



    Rock-Tenn Installs Woodward Jogger Aerator

    Rock-Tenn's folding carton plant in Kimball, TN has just installed a new Woodward Jogger Aerator, model P4658, replacing one of two Woodward machines at their facility. The new jogger aerator can handle sheet sizes up to 46" x 58", and load weights up to 5,000 pounds. All Woodward jogger aerators jog, aerate, and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or ship sheets in just minutes. Damaged sheets can be removed from the loads, and hand re-piling is eliminated. Rock-Tenn saved money by trading in the 16-year-old Woodward jogger aerator they replaced. Woodward technicians will completely rebuild this machine, which has already been purchased by another company. Rock-Tenn anticipates trading in its second older jogger aerator in a few months, also replacing it with a new Woodward.



    From Smallest to Largest: Woodward Delivers Two Jogger Aerators

    Woodward Jogger Aerators, Inc. has just delivered both its smallest and largest models to plants in Alabama and Wisconsin. Prystup Packaging Products, a folding carton plant in Demopolis, AL, purchased Woodward's smallest model, the FL2840. This jogger aerator handles a minimum sheet size of 28" x 40". It is equipped with a push button adjustable backstop and electronic air volume adjustment. Woodward used this jogger aerator as a demonstration model at two recent trade shows. By contrast, Schwarz Partners/Independence Corrugated has purchased a model P6080 for its new plant in Oak Creek, WI. The P6080 is Woodward's largest jogger aerator. This model handles sheet sizes up to 60" x 80". This machine is equipped with powered reversible rollers, push button adjustable backstop and electronic air volume adjustment.



    Georgia Pacific Has Two Woodward Jogger Aerators Rebuilt

    The Georgia Pacific plant (formerly Color-Box) in Pelahatchie, Mississippi recently had both of its Woodward Jogger Aerators completely rebuilt at Woodward’s New Jersey facility. Factory-rebuilt machines are completely disassembled by Woodward technicians, who then inspect and repair or replace all damaged and worn parts. The machines are reassembled, painted, tested, and carry a 6-month warranty on parts and labor.



    Northland Binder Purchases S-Series Jogger Aerator

    Northland Binder in Maple Grove, MN, has purchased an S-Series Jogger Aerator model 104LVA. Northland produces custom 3-ring binder products, including custom covers. The S-Series Jogger Aerator is an economy-priced unit that turns, jogs, and aerates loads of paper or paperboard in minutes. It handles sheet sizes up to 31” x 47”, load capacities up to 2,200 pounds, and load heights up to 51”. This unit is easy to use and maintain, making it the perfect fit for small to medium-sized operations. The S-Series is manufactured in Denmark, and requires no installation.
