Schrafel Paperboard, West Haven, CT has purchased a rebuilt Woodward Jogger Aerator redesigned to operate with full automation and touch screen controls. The model P6068VA handles loads up to 60” x 68”, and heights up to 68”. Load capacity is 6,000 lbs. Schrafel’s rebuilt machine was completely disassembled and cleaned by Woodward technicians, who then inspected and repaired or replaced all damaged and worn parts. The machine was reassembled, painted, converted for automation, and tested. All Woodward Jogger Aerators jog, align, aerate and turn over sheets of paper, paperboard, corrugated or slip-sheets in just minutes. In automatic mode, the operator simply pushes one button and is free to perform other duties as the machine operates independently.
